III. Choosing Between Original and Compatible SMT Nozzles

Currently, the market offers both original JUKI nozzles and high-quality compatible alternatives. Original nozzles have advantages in materials, precision, and lifespan, but are more expensive; while high-quality compatible nozzles significantly reduce consumable costs while maintaining placement quality. Companies can choose flexibly based on their production volume, budget, and quality requirements.

IV. Nozzle Maintenance and Care

To extend the lifespan of JUKI nozzles, regular cleaning and inspection are recommended. Use dedicated cleaning equipment to remove solder paste, dust, and impurities to prevent nozzle clogging or deformation.
