Applicable Models:

Operating Instructions:

1. First place the pin modules onto the printer's support platform. Determine the number of pin modules based on the PCB size. As the PCB is conveyed through the printer's track and enters the printing platform, the platform simultaneously rises.

2. If the pins on the pin-up module contact component pins on the PCB, they will automatically retract. Then lock the pin-up module. This allows the pins to form a fixture-like shape based on the component layout of the PCB.

3. Removing the PCB reveals the current overall pin distribution.

4. For subsequent printing of PCBs of the same model, the PCB is directly conveyed via the printer track onto the platform. The pre-positioned pin modules then support the PCB to commence printing.

5. When changing lines, simply loosen the pin module wrench and repeat Step 1 for effortless line changeover. Replacing the original hard pins took approximately 30-150 minutes, whereas the current pin module requires less than 10 seconds, significantly boosting changeover efficiency and reducing labor costs.
